1. What are Injection Packers?
Grouting packers, also known as grouting nozzles, are widely used in water conservancy and hydropower, tunnels, municipal, industrial and civil construction and other fields, especially in the field of concrete chemical grouting. It is the main component of high-pressure chemical grouting technology.
The principle is to use the continuous high pressure generated by the grouting machine to inject chemical agents into the concrete cracks, completely squeeze the water out of the cracks, and then completely fill the cracks, so as to achieve the purpose of water stop.
2. Classification and description
According to the material, there are four types of oil-filled packers: aluminum packers, steel packers, copper packers and plastic packers. The first three are front stop types, that is, the reversing valve of the injection packer is located at the inlet. The rear gear type is that the reverse valve of the oil inlet is located at the outlet. You can choose the packaging machine according to specific conditions. After installing the grouting nozzle, the front wrapper can be rotated downward to release pressure and drainage, and then tightened after the grouting is completed. For the rear stop packer, the pressure cannot be discharged after installation, but the grouting nozzle can be removed after the construction is completed for the next process of construction.
3. Scope of application:
Subways, tunnels, culverts, sewage treatment ponds, concrete cracks, leaks, and water plugging. Basements, underground garages, underground passages, leaking concrete cracks, and water blockages. Cracks appeared in the concrete slabs of the roof, and the pipes and corners of the walls leaked, and the leakage was stopped with water. The cracks in concrete structures, beams, columns and slabs are injected with epoxy resin under high pressure.
