High Pressure Injection Grouting Packer
Product Introduction
High Pressure Injection Grouting Packer, make from Aluminum, it can work at 10 MPa / 1465 psi / 100 bar pressure, easy to use, easy to inject, can use at low temperatures; single component grouting, simple construction, easy to clean up. The sealing agent can be water base polyurethane, oil base polyurethane and epoxy resin. We have four normal sizes, 10*80mm, 13*85mm, 13*100mm, 13*150mm. All the other sizes are available. Long packer over 15cm is for loose structure;Short packer 8.5cm or 10cm is for dense structures.

Product Description
As an important part of the grouting machine,it’s widely used in waterproofing of house decoration industry, especially used for injection of polyurethane foaming agent or epoxy resin into concrete cracks with the technology of high-pressure chemical grouting and plugging.

Applicable for:
1. Waterproofing of concrete cracks in subway, tunnel, culvert and sewage treatment pool.
2. Waterproofing of concrete cracks in basement, underground garage and underground passage.
3. Waterproofing of through-wall pipe and wall corners.
4. Waterproofing of structural cracks in concrete structures, beam, column and plank.

Materials of Application
Hydrophilic Polyurethane (WPU) and Hydrophobic Polyurethane (OPU) foam stop leakage agent, Epoxy Resin.

Notes when Grouting
1. Stop infusing if polyurethane does not emitting from the cracks after 5 minutes. And try again later. If not yet filled, should check whether the buried pipeline cross-drilled or floor have holes and so on.
2. Infusion should be closely watched gauge of work perfusion machine, if more than the rated pressure (45Mpa above), should be shut down, if pressure remained high, cracks should check whether the drilling cross with cracks.
